  • WHAT IS NEWBRIDGE house of music?

Newbridge House of Music is a music school which started in 2017. We teach guitar, bass, vocals, piano, ukulele, music theory and songwriting. Lessons are available in person and online.

  • WHAT STANDARD DO I HAVE TO BE TO TAKE LESSONS?

Everyone is welcome, whether you haven't ever picked up a guitar, or you have playing for years and need some direction. We can cater for anyone!

 

  • WHAT AGES DO YOU TEACH?

We teach all ages from 6 upwards. But the main requirement is enthusiasm to learn.

 

  • WHERE ARE THE LESSONS HELD?

Lessons are taught online, we mainly use Microsoft Teams, but also FaceTime, Zoom, Whereby and Whatsapp can be used if required.

 

  • WHEN DO YOU TEACH?

We teach 4 days a week! Monday-Thursday, from 11am to 8pm. Lessons are flexible to the student and the tutor. We understand that everyone's schedule changes, so you will work together with your tutor to find the best time for you! 

 

  • HOW MUCH ARE LESSONS AND HOW DO I PAY?

All lessons are £25 per hour, however you can have 30 minutes for £13 or 45 minutes for £19 etc. Payment can be made via a simple bank transfer. Cash is also accepted.

  • WHAT IF I MISS A LESSON?

It’s important to let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make a lesson. We’ll always try to rearrange for a different day if we can, but please do your best to attend your regular lesson time. We charge the full lesson fee for any cancellation made during the week of the scheduled lesson, unless we’re able to rearrange it.

 

  • WHAT INSTRUMENT DO I BUY?

We are always happy to help you choose the right instrument. Please get in touch and we can guide you through which ones to go for.
